Why are your prices lower than other brands?
We sell direct, without going through department stores, wholesalers or licensed resellers. Cutting out those middlemen puts more money into the fabric and the making, and less into the journey from the factory to your wardrobe. The price you see is what good clothing should cost when nobody's taking a cut along the way.
Where are your products made?
Every piece is made where the fabric and the craftsmanship are best. Our linen is woven in Europe, our cashmere is knitted in Mongolia, and our organic cotton is grown and spun by partners we've worked with for years. We choose our manufacturers for their expertise, not for their convenience.
How should I care for my Bonvale piece?
Every piece has a care label inside, matched to its fabric — always start there. As a general rule: machine wash cold, delicate cycle, with like colours, no fabric softener. Air dry or tumble dry on low to protect the fibres. For natural materials like linen, cashmere and cotton, reshape the piece while damp and dry it flat.
Are your products authentic?
Every Bonvale piece is designed in-house and made by partners we've selected and audited ourselves. We don't work with resellers, marketplaces or unauthorised third parties. If you bought it on bonvale.fr or one of our other official sites, it's the real thing.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
Not at the moment. Staying online is part of what lets us hold these prices. If you want to see and feel the fabric before you decide, free returns within 30 days of delivery let you order, try things on and choose at home.
Are returns and exchanges free?
Yes. Free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, on any unworn piece with the tags still attached. We'd rather you took the time to be sure than decided in a rush. Full details and the returns portal are on our Shipping and returns page.
